Leicester Forest East Tennis Club

In 1946 the club was formed as Leicester Forest East Sports and Social Club, and was based at Kings Walk, Leicester Forest East.

In April 1989 the club purchased land and re-located to its present address on Hinckley Road, Leicester Forest East, where the club was officially opened by Joyce Butterfield.

Many fine improvements have been made to the club during this time and we are now considered as one of the premier clubs in Leicestershire, with excellent facilities, great social tennis and events and the strongest junior and senior league tennis teams in the county.

We are very proud with the progress our club has made in recent years and the committee of the club are fully committed to further improving facilities, coaching, social tennis and team tennis standards so that we can continue to remain at the forefront of Leicestershire tennis.
